The AC works well.

Stayed here during Christmas. the staff was somewhat polite and we got a pretty good deal on the price. the room was moderately clean, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. the hotel is close to a metro station and a shopping mall which was great for last-minute shopping.

The room was way worse than the pictures. the bathroom was not in good condition, and the pillows were basically unusable.

the receptionist provided excellent service and was very welcoming. the room was very well-maintained and included fantastic amenities such as a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the breakfast had a great selection of delicious foods.

I observed that the pillows were a bit flat and not as fluffy as I preferred.

AC was in working condition, which was a relief during the hot weather. The hotel was in a convenient location, near public transportation. The staff was friendly enough.

The hotel was not worth the money. Upon arrival, we were charged extra even though we booked through a website that said breakfast was included.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with transportation easily available. I particularly liked the clean and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
